Fees and Payment Policy:
The fee schedule is based on three payments: The first is a deposit to reserve the dates of testing; the second is to be paid at the conclusion of the administration of all tests; and the third is due at the time that the report is presented to the parents. If you are unable to keep the appointed testing dates, please give 24 hours notice or you may be charged a cancellation of fee.
Given the value of testing and its worth to the understanding of how a child learns, I offer some capacity for a sliding scale fee based on specific contingencies of a family’s economic need.
$600 Deposit due upon acceptance of a signed agreement.
$600 Second payment is due at the Conclusion of Testing.
$600 Final Payment is due at the end of our last meeting in the process to go over the formal report.
